Subscription, Free Trial and Refund Policy

Draft posted 4 November 2026. Not yet in effect.

This is a draft. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and a few details are still being filled in. We'll update this page before Taylr's public launch.

The short version

1. Free trial

2. Billing

3. How to cancel

Tell us why you're leaving. When you cancel in Taylr, we'll ask you to choose a reason (for example: too expensive, not using it, missing a feature, an injury or health reason, or something else) before your cancellation is confirmed. It takes one tap and helps us make Taylr better. "Prefer not to say" is always an option, and it never stops you from cancelling.

4. Refunds

5. If something goes wrong

If you were charged by mistake (for example, during your free trial or after you cancelled), email brandonbarris3@gmail.com and we'll fix it.

6. Changes to this policy

We'll post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change affects what you pay, we'll tell you first.
