How Taylr Builds Your Plan

Draft posted 4 November 2026. Not yet in effect.

This is a draft. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and a few details are still being filled in. We'll update this page before Taylr's public launch.

We want you to know exactly how your plan is made, and what that means for you.

Your answers and feedbackGoals, schedule, equipment, health screening, check-ins, and how your workouts go.
Exercise library and rulesExercises, workouts and safety rules based on established training guidelines. During the beta, they have not yet been reviewed by certified trainers or health professionals. That review will happen before public launch.
Rules engine (software)Picks your exercises, sets, reps, rest and weights. Applies safety limits, such as removing exercises for a painful area or capping effort.
Ask Taylr (AI)Explains your plan and answers questions. It can suggest a change (for example, a swap or a shorter session), but the rules engine checks every suggestion before it's applied. Ask Taylr can't invent weights or write plans.

What isn't checked by a person

No person reviews your individual plan, each session, or each Ask Taylr reply before you see it. That's how Taylr can adjust every day for $9.99 a month instead of the cost of a personal trainer.
